On RoatanMan's advice I got a tube of "Mometasone Furoate" Ointment before my latest trip to Roatan. This is the same active ingredient that's in Nasonex.

I have a bad time with NSU bites and this stuff is a Godsend. It stops the itch in 10 min and promotes healing at a accelerated rate.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Occasionaly even a blind squirrel finds a nut.

Good to know! So far the 2 things we've found that work wonders are Preparation H and Orajel gum-deadener dotted on the sand fly bites.

sweet. I can get some free samples of Nasonex, so good to know.
