Finally starting DM

I signed up, got the books and joined this forum in March. Today we had our scheduling meeting. Thanks to all of you here for the bits of info. that will help during the course. We go from Oct.4-mid Nov. and end with charter & OW class dives here in Nova Scotia. Dry suit sure would be nice. Now if I can just pass those swim tests.....

Like you, I just started with the classroom portions in my DiveCon class last night. I've been helping out in the pool and at checkout dives for over a year now, and will have a few more to help with this fall. I'm the only student taking the class, so the instructor is willing to fit classes in whenever I have time. Good luck to you!
