What is the attached fish? Can someone ID it? I've been looking all over trying to find it but to no avail :(

Hard to see the photo clearly, but it looks like some kind of wrasse from the shape, and like it's a pectoral fin swimmer.
 
It's a type of leopard wrasse - a beauty.
 
From the picture it looks like a
  • Macropharyndgodon meleagris, a type of leopard wrasse.
 
Definitely Macropharyngodon meleagris - looks like an initial-phase male or a female.
