Most SMBs / Safety sausages have either a grommet or a pocket at the top of the tube where you can attach a light. This is true of at least the DAN tube,

This unbundling allows you to select the strobe you prefer, use it separately from the sausage, stow both separately, etc. But the two pieces are readily available, tie them together permanently if that's what you want.
