if i aint wrong, it's a company based in africa. I've seen the bp/w system, model is indigo to be exact.
exact copy of the halcyon eclipse, up to the placement of their brand labels. there is a slight difference in the exterior canvas used. made in china, but build quality is really good. hardly can tell the difference from the blue 'h'. if not for the brand.

I have an Indigo BP&W.
As Capt Tuna says build quality and function very similar to the blue H.
The STA is better than Halcyon's but would have liked the edges of the plate a bit more rounded to prevent drop punctures.....mines an AL one haven't seen the stainless plate.
