this was taken at a site called Maeda Point. Turns out this frog fish is usually in this area, but it is the first time that i have seen it. Does anybody know if these things are poisonous? My friend told me they were in the stone fish family but i read otherwise on a website, however i could not find the answer to whether they are poisonous or not, your help is greatly appreciated.

They are totally different from stonefish and are not poisonous. By the way, that is a nice photo.
