I am selling my Gates HD 1 Underwater Video Housing, including the JVC GR-HD10US camera and accessories. The camera shoots High Definition (1280x720) video to Mini-DV tape. I bought the housing and camera new in 2004. The camera was used for three tropical trips (Bonaire '04 and '06 and Australia in '05) as well as a dozen or so Southern California dives. This rig has never been flooded. I would still be using the setup today, but the power control on the video camera broke prior to a trip in 2007, so on an impulse purchase, I bought a new camera and housing. The camcorder has since been repaired and is working like new. I can't afford to keep both camera rigs, so I need to find a new home for this setup. I used the camera just last year while my other camera was sent in for service - so I know it is still capable of creating captivating footage! (See video "Islas Los Coronados" below). The following items are included in this sale:
Gates HD1 Underwater Video Housing
Gates EM253 Monitor (Gates EM253 External Monitor :: Gates Underwater Products)
Gates Fathom Imaging WP35 Wide Angle Port (http://www.gateshousings.com/upload/medialibrary/6b4/wp25-feature-sheet.pdf)
Gates Macro Flat Port
Pelican 1660 Travel Case with Foam
JVC GR-HD10US with accessories (as shown in attached pictures)
