This is standard 35Ah WKPP Gavin scooter. It has brand NEW batteries (1 month old), brand NEW "T" handle with rod recently installed, brand NEW body O ring. Strong motor recently rebuilt by Curt at DPV Repair, with a SS Hi-Power Brush Board (no solder). Charger and burn tester are included with the scooter. I still have the original handles ( left and right with the cable ) if you decide to put them back on
