Gear Storage - 3rd Party Provider?

Greetings and salutations fellow divers.

I have a challenge I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I dive almost exclusively on liveaboards in warm water locations, and I try to get in 2 trips a year.

I live in a small 1br apartment in NYC and am very short on storage space. I was wondering if there was a company/store/warehouse that will store my gear for me and do the following:

• Keep track of send out for regular service
• Ship gear to dive location
• Wash and clean gear after dive trip
• Fully insured

I'm basically looking to outsource my gear storage, maintenance, packing and eliminate dealing with the airlines.

I'd check with dive shops, not storage facilities, and be prepared to spend a bundle.
