When I connect my Geo computer to my computer and sync it. The display lights up like it should but then I receive a message that says invalid product. I am unable to download the data to my computer. Any ideas on what I should try?
 
I have downloaded and installed the most recent version of the software and drivers.
 
I had exactly the same problem the other night with my Atom 2.0, and the only way I could get them to sync was by changing the battery, which was suggested in another post somewhere.

My PDC was showing a 'Good' battery, and it is brand new, but for some reason it worked. Try it, and let us know.
