How is this "Band of Brothers" training to help their Military Comrades with disabilities? These Rainbow Reef Instructors are veterans who have used their GI Bill benefits to become Adaptive Scuba Instructors through Rainbow Reef and Diveheart this week in Key Largo Florida.
