I'd like to thank the author of the recent NSS-CDS Underwater Speleology magazine (V36 No 4, Oct/Nov/Dec 2009) for the nice write-up on page 21. Also, we uploaded a short video onto YouTube but apparently our use of music is a copyright infringement and thus has caused the audio to be disabled. Doug Mudry and Sonya Tittle did the underwater video while my brother did the above water video and merged the videos together.
