Going from spring straps back to rubber on jet fins, need hardware

The 2xls I bought used came with spring straps that are too tight. I think they are 12" or so.

Stretching out spring straps that are too short should not be a great problem. Just keep stretching the spring and relax it alternately in small increments (1/4" extra each pull) until you reach the elastic limit.
