Definitely Cayman. Out of all the islands I've been to, Jamaica is the only one I can say I don't want to go back to. There are parts of Mexico I would avoid right now, but we were in Cozumel last week and the diving and people there are as wonderful as always! I've taken my 3-year old to both Grand Cayman and Cozumel with no concerns.
