Turtle was looking bad two weeks ago. Storm damage and poor viz. Used to be one of my favorites.

Honestly, I don't think there are any bad dives on Grand Cayman.
 
I agree with the sites listed. Don Foster's (shore) is nice as well, but i'm more partial to everything on the northwest point or north wall, and east end whenever the time allows to trip over to that side
