Hello All... a couple of friends and I are planning on going on a beach dive this Sunday in the Miami area (or anywhere near for that matter) and was wondering what's a good spot to go to. Never done one, we got our certification in Oct, so we have just a few dives under our belts.

'ANY' suggestions are greatly appreciated... we work in retail and we don't have the time to go for a boat dive.

Thank you!

It might not be happening for you on Sunday. NOAA weather says:
Sunday... East winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Intracoastal waters choppy in exposed areas. Slight chance of showers.

Got it... I wish I knew enough to know how those condiftions affect the water. :D

Thank you!

There's a great bridge dive inside Lake Worth Inlet (northern Palm Beach County) at Blue Heron Bridge. This site will give you an excellent description of how to do it: Blue Heron Bridge

This dive site is tide dependent and far less affected by wind.
