Grrr need help!!!

I just did a search for reg self repairing and found a realy kewl tread to read there was some 100+ reply. I was thinking kelw i might learn how to go about getting training on my apeks so i can do it my self.
With anything else in my life my son wanted to play with his dady and decided to turn off the pow and now i cant find it. I think that i put in the same info into the search but im having a hard time finding the tread that i want. Any hints on how i get get back to that tread on repairing your own regs?
