What a day for Diveheart! It started out with a visit to the offices of Chicago Public Radio where Tinamarie Hernandez, our Executive Director, shared Diveheart's mission and the therapeutic benefits of scuba therapy for people with disabilities on Worldview's Global Activism segment with Jerome McDonnell. Then this evening she accepted one of the Daily Herald Business Ledger Annual Awards for Business Excellence (AABE) Non Profit Honoree. We couldn't be more thankful and honored to be recognized for the work we do for people of all abilities!
