Well guys I just spent 7 hours in the pool doing the first half of my open water certification. It was freaking awesome!!!I thought the hardest part was the swim without the mask. Water kept trying to get up my nose.Other than that I had the time of my life. Made some new friends too.I cant wait to hit the lake next weekend to finish up. Wish me luck!!!!

Welcome to diving! I just certified in June and it is awesome. Swimming with the mask was a little freaky for me too. Good luck with everything.
