They get them at K-Mart with their drivers license, it's part of the Blue-light special.

20 to 25 knot sustained winds...5 foot seas. Trying again this afternoon. One drop on the Spiegel Grove and a night dive on the Duane. Keep your fingers crossed for me...
Of course, I would have gone out, but it's not my boat so it wasn't my call.
