Some of the operators on St. Thomas can help you out with packages that include hotel.
Chris Sawyer does packages with Point Pleasant condo's which is nice as you have kitchen if you want to cook, fridge and than reheat left over's etc. They also do a great multi-dive package as well. Give them a call as they are super friendly and helpful

Blue Island also does deals with the Emerald Best Western, down side is the hotel is fairly near the airport (that's an understatement) but can be reasonable, they also do deals.

Either way you may also want to consider a rental car as they island is spread out. Or for the full island experience and saving $ but not saving time you can take the safari taxi at $1.

If you are a new diver Chris Sawyer is a great operation to dive with, you'll find lot's of positive posts on them on the board. Blue Island is also very good but can be a little more advanced diving.

Either way enjoy, and think about the Friday BVI Rhone trip that Chris Sawyer does. It's a great day of sightseeing as you travel to Tortola and than on to Salt Island to Dive the famous RMS Rhone.
