Help, I have no edit button

More gremlins for me. I've noticed recently that I've lost the ability to edits posts. Was this a functionality change made to the entire site or is it just me?

Yes, I'm signed in.

I believe we're only allowed to edit our posts for a short amount of time after posting.. hence, you wouldn't be able to edit older posts.

Is there an edit button on your recent posts?

Depending on the post, I have asked for one of my posts to be deleted by a mod and was abliged.

Ahh! That must be it. Yes, there is a button on my most recent post. Thanks for the heads up.

I had moved the lcoation of a photo that I inserted in to a thread and I wanted to change the URL. I guess there's no way to do that.

btw. Sorry about changing the title and subject of this thread for a minute. I was probably confusing everyone. After I saw the edit button show up I realized I must have been mistaken so I was hoping to delete the post and then I saw the explanation and typed the orignial question again.
