Help! Ryuhyo diving in early March

Though I have no experience in ice diving, that 'Ryuhyo' diving seems so fantastic to try.

However, there's not much information about diving in Hokkaido. I managed to find a few local dive centers, but they have no english pages about it.

If there's a dive center with a english-speaking guide, it would be great.

I don' t know of any English speaking shops up that far north. I did have a couple of customers that did ice diving in Hokkaido last year but they said the guide spoke no English.
