Help to Identify This Mystery Restaurant and Bar!

same brightly colored chairs and if you look closely - same tile floor pattern Carlos and Charlies Cozumel - Quintana Roo. Although one shot has seat cushions.



It oddly reminded me if a place in the BVI's also though - a waterfront bar on either Pusser's Cay or Soper's Hole on Tortola. We did an 8 bar - 4 island cruise that day so I don't remember the name...I don't think it was Foxy's though or Foxy's Too - both were smaller IIRC.
