We went to the reef today and yesterday. Yesterday we went to Hens and Chickens with about 20 feet viz
Today we went to Alligator and Hens and Chickens(snorkeled)
The best viz I have ever seen at both sites. Alligator had about 100 feet and H/C had around 60 feet. Smooth seas and the water temp was around 76-78
Most of the pix are snorkeling. Today was an amazing day, Florida Keys dive center reported an 8 foot Hammerhead hanging around the Alligator lighthouse.
We saw at Chickens a school if they are called that of 25-30 baby(3foot) reef sharks
Another school of over a hundred Lookdown fish(really cool)
We also saw the usual cast of critters(Green Morays and tons of turtles)
Alligator is very thick with Cudas and Groupers.
Funny sometimes you see so much more when snorkeling
