Hi everyone,

I have this older HID light laying around and I'd like to convert it into a heater pack if possible. I believe it is a 15 amp pack w/ Anderson connectors and the brand is Halcyon.

The plan is to turn this into a heater pack for my Light Monkey Heated Shirt. I believe the parts needed would be a new set of Anderson connectors, EO Cord, Sealing Gland (not sure on size) and, possibly some others I might be missing?

With that said, could any of you light gurus help a teammate out?

Thanks so much!

That looks like an older Helios 9 w. HID-10 Head. If you wanted to make it a heater pack, you would need the LM bulkhead/inflator combo for your drysuit.
Convert the head of your canister to EO Cord only

That's what I was thinking, so for the head of the canister, buy this and run through where the light cord used to go through and splice for the anderson connectors at the battery pack?
