I dove Higgins Lake back in the early 90's and finally made it back on Sept 18, 2015 and wanted to give some updated info and maps since all the other threads seem to have dead links to maps.

Here's the Scaffolding
Scuba diving at Higgins Lake off South King Road. The scaffolding is in about 22' of water, 180° off where S. King Road would meet the water. There's a small creek 20' West of the trail down near the shore. There's a triangular structure in 45' of water west of the scaffolding and a fish habitat in about 20' of water East of the scaffolding. There's numerous logs and other branches along the drop off. When we dove it the scaffolding was covered with Cristatella mucedo a freshwater Bryozoan.
