Closed Highland 7.25" tank bands

I'm selling a pair of Highland tank bands for 7.25 inch tanks. They are in excellent condition. I recently took them off of a set of PST HP 80 doubles. DSS plastic nuts and regular wingnuts are included.

Where are you located...any idea what shipping to 21013 would be?

I'm interested, but the last 2 things I bought the shipping ended up being almost as much as the item
