That link is for homestays offering very primitive conditions.

As it says: "Be aware though, that Raja Ampat homestay accommodation is basic and facilities are minimal. They won't suit everyone..."

Probably somewhat more adventurous than a $700 a night Liveaboard I guess.

True for both. That travel style is not my cup of tea, but there are a lot of links within that site to information I could not find elsewhere, and I have been doing a lot of looking. It enhanced my planning for Sorido quite a lot.
