Be sure to take a look at the Florida Conch Divers forum near the bottom of the page. Lots of folks dive quite frequently, and it's quite easy to get people together for a weekend dive. You'll also find great suggestions on dive sites there too.
There's a trip planned for Ginnie Springs (right near Gainesville) for the 24th of May - not this Sat., but next.
Look forward to diving with you sometime!
