I'm heading to Holguin at the end of the month and staying at Playa Pesquero. I've heard the diving is not great, some decent coral life but very little in terms of fish and the dive sites are mostly fairly deep.
Has anyone been lately that's able to offer some insight? Should I bother bringing my gear or just resign myself to the fact that its not a diving holiday?
Are there any dive shops that are recommended or should I jsut arrange through the hotel?
I've heard that you can do a bull shark dive about two hours away. Does anyone have any info on that?
