How to manual focus with rx100

Hi,
how do you manual focus with x100. Is it even possible? How to program the front dial near the lens for manual focus?

is there a focus lock button as well?

Focus lock does not exist but you can have the same effect as in the post

For manual focus first you need to activate it with the toggle as explained, peaking is useful
