I just want to say I am beyond impressed with the sevice I have received from Howard.
On Christmas day I managed to flood the test-tube on my HID. Howard spent time on the phone with me getting things rinsed out and then I shipped it off to him.
Since I needed the light for an upcoming trip he did a quick turn around at got the light back to me one week from when I shipped it to him. While repairing and testing my light Howard also made a few modifications that I had requested.
I want to publically give credit where credit is due. I've heard folks say that they prefer to order from a larger company for fear that a small one man operation won't be able to take care of them. I think I've found the opposite is the case.
