Scubadelphia is running a HSA class to certify buddies, divemasters and instructors in Philadelphia. This will allow any PADI , NAUI etc instructor to teach the HSA classes to those with disabilities. If you are not an instructor you'll be certified as a buddy. You'll be able to help out with the Wounded Warrior Project or Diveheart.
Buddy class is $325. No check outs needed.
Instructor class is $375. There is a check out day at Dutch Springs Sept 28 and 29th.
