If you are visiting Cozumel this next week ~ mark you calendars and be sure to attend the 7th annual Humane Society Fundraising Art Show & Auction which begins at 7pm on Friday, May 27, 2004 at ACQUARIO Restaurant located at Calle 11 Sur and Melgar. Tickets to the spectacular event are $8 and can be purchased in advance at Rockin' Java Cafe, Galleria Azul and the American Drugstore as well as at the door the night of the event. There will be hors'dvres, cash bar, a live band, a raffle for prizes as well as beautiful artworks from Cozumel's local artists on display for sale and for auction. This is a great opportunity to acquire original artworks from Cozumel aritists as well as show your support for the Humane Society Shelter which helps the dogs and cats of the island every day of the year.
