double that for your buddy.
by quick calculation Minimum Gas for a 100' dive, you should be ascending with 1800 psi in an aluminum 80.
This is above what most people would ever consider at your level, but damn you seem to have a head on you shoulders so why not feed it. Good luck and congrats.
