I would much rather put up with something we can play in instead of those big blows you folks get.

You can't have ice diving in Florida. The hole needs to stay in one place so you can get out. You can't have a big wind come by and move it somewhere else.

We can actually be warmer under the ice than diving in tropical waters.

One of the biggest problems under the ice is overheating. I've never had that problem in the tropics.

Cold water in a wetsuit is just a bad memory for me now. Diving Dry is the ONLY way to go!! But if you like it more power to ya Octgal

we'll see how it goes, i may go dry for the simple fact that i have no warm place to strip in the middle of a lake
