I was at an aquarium today and saw a fish which I know I've seen somewhere in print but I can't remember what it's called. I'd like to get some suggestions so I can find pictures online. This was a small (2-4") oval fish, yellow to orangish yellow in color with black stripes. On the edges it had appendages with branching at the end (as cammoflage?).

Any ideas?
