Has anyone done their IDC in the Philippines? If so, what shop and why? Where do you think is the best shop to do your IDC other than this area-where else in the world?

All other things being equal, it is best to do your IDC in the part of the world you want to work in. The IDC starts your networking.

Check out Neptune Diving Resort in Moalboal, Cebu. Their next IDC would be in the beginning of next year i believe. Great place to do your IDC and a great place to stay with load of things to do beside diving
