Remove ladder from brackets build platform around brackets and hang dive ladder from platform
11 inches in between brackets
hans out 5 1/2 inches

Sorry for my gibberish
afterdark and I are fabricating a dive ladder from this pathetic arrangement Boston whaler calls a ladder for a 27 foot boat. I'd like to keep the brackets

Any suggestions
