Aruba, then Cancun... no real reason though! Just places that I've heard are fun!

Feedback I've had on D.R. is that it's so poor it's actually depressing. I've heard good things about Puerto Rico, however.

If you are looking to do it cheap, Bermuda is out. I have heard a lot of mixed stories about DR and PR. Aruba and Cancun are both good for diving and nightlife. If cheapness is the deciding factor, it would probably go to Cancun.

DR After the Dives you could have a GREAT Stogie. Hand made, Aged for about 12 years. mmmmm just like a good wine.
