Even if money is no object, a huge factor for me, if limited to two weeks, is travel time. If it takes 2-3 day of travel each way, two weeks isn't a lot of time - unless you like the experience of sitting in airports, making connections, etc.

Scuba Iguana offers some nice dive sites. I did Bartolome and Cousins off the Aggressor last April. However, dive sites off Fernandina, Isabella, Wolf, and Darwin, are likely only available from a liveaboard.
