after purchasing this item and decided to buy another ike lite strobe, do i need just to buy one more of sync cord or i have to buy the synccord for dual strobes?

This depends on your housing. Ikelite housings only have the one bulkhead connector so a dual cable is required. Alternatively, you could fire the second strobe via slave sensor, though I'd personally prefer the wired connection myself. Some housings have dual bulkhead connectors so another single cable would work then.
