I fundraise yearly to mark the anniversary of Peter Piemonte’s death and coincidentally, his birth (24 April 1954 - 23 April 2016). Peter was a dear friend and avid SCUBA diver. Many of you here on ScubaBoard remember him as an aviator, marksman, underwater explorer, world traveler, and all-around great guy.
He also mentored children as a “Big Brother” volunteer. I became a “Big Sister” last month when Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Central Mass/Metrowest accepted me into their Mazie Mentoring program. Inspired by Peter’s memory, I am committing my time, but BBBS also needs our money to continue their work to serve the youth in our communities!
Please honor Peter’s memory today and donate to BBBS of Central Mass/Metrowest, Inc. via my link below. This nonprofit organization’s mission meant a lot to Peter, and I hope you'll join me in contributing as a way to celebrate his life.

PS: Facebook pays all the processing fees for you, so 100% of your donation goes directly to Big Brothers/Sisters; they are a 501(c) and your contribution is tax deductible. Sweet!
