I'm interested in INON LD wide angle and macro lenses. I understand there are some adapters to convert to 67mm so I would also consider that option.

Have you seen my ad yet? I have the following INON lenses for sale:

-UCL-165 AD Macro
-UWL-105AD Wide Angle
-UFL-165AD Wide Angle

All are in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I have stopped using them several years ago when I went to DSLR. I am not sure what they are worth, but I can assure you you won't find any used in better condition. They have been used very little.

I am not sure how to price these,

as I have not shopped for them in several years, and I don't know what the used market is.

As you can see from my posting I am looking for LD mounts. I just sold my AD mounts on eBay. The wide angle will bring pretty good money on eBay, the macro not so much. Both winners for mine were in Europe. Apparently there's a lot of interest over there.
