I have a used Inon UCL-165M67 that I purchased used a few years back. The outside ring is bent outwards a bit but still functions perfectly. You will not be able to stack a 2nd one on this unless you try to repair it so please look at the pictures. I purchased the lens like this and never bothered to try to fix it.
There is no issue with the lens and it works fine flawlessly underwater.
