Great idea James!

I would also add GPS coordinates if available!

Well folks, if you want a map to Blue Springs just PM me with your email addy and I will send it to you. For some really weird reason SB won't upload a small file and I can't add enough garbage to get it big enough...I think it needs Viagra.

Thanks James for posting the map for us. Now we can ignore my above message.

Here is are 3 hyperlinks to 3 different quarries, including Blue Springs.

Blue Springs: they have air fills, changing areas, a van, armored car, cabin cruiser and more. $10 to get in and open 24 hours.

Mermet Springs: I have not been there, but there's the 727 from US Marshals. Also, it is in Metropolis IL. home of the largest superman statue.

Cerulean Springs: Never been. Know nothing, but hear good things.

All Courtesy of my (really great) LDS, the Louisville Debt (uh, I mean Dive) Center which I'm not affiliated with... except that I give them too much $$$$$. You can get short descriptions along with these hyperlinks through their web page, as well as read about our local mud hole, Falling Rock Park (which has a cop car among other things):

Click on "Trips" on the left and then "local quarries" at the top center.

:thinkingo Happy Diving...

Thanks for the links Brass Monkey... although the website for Blue Springs is broken. We Midwest Muck Divers need to visit that place and do a write-up/dive report.

The only one I got to work was Mermet.

I am going to Blue Springs on the 28th and 29th if anybody wants to join me and a few others. It's a really nice place.

http://divingden.com/Articles.asp?article_id=17 forgot about this dive hole. I have never been there and no nothing about it other than they have a school bus. and it is about 15 to 20 deep on average.

This is odd. They all work for me, and on a different computer that what I typed it on. I would maybe try to cut & paste because the addresses are right. Sorry everyone. Anyways, I might join you all sometime that weekend. :spaninq:

I'm splitting all of this off from the sticky. Let's keep the sticky strictly descriptions of dive sites.

James

somebody seems a little power happy here...

just kidding, of course.

Just look for a black trailor with "Funtime Scuba" on the side, I will be with them. Just ask for me, Wally. If you want to dive with us you are more than welcome. There are a couple of other SB Muck Divers that may drop in sometime Sunday.
