I’d reach out to Intersurgical directly, particularly if you have access to a loading dock. If that doesn’t work, I’d reach out to one of the various dealers (Fathom, Gotham Divers, Scubadelphia, etc) and see if they can be of any help, particularly because you’re out of the US.

These guys bring in pallet loads but they are in the west. Might be worth a look and there are no border issues.
