A friend got pulled over by the State Police for a wide load...his boat.
And was told that he needed DOT numbers on his truck, Inspections, and a DOT approved drug test program. The one he was on for his liscense was not DOT approved so he would have to be on two ra ndom testing programs.
Does anyone know of one program that will keep the USCG and the DOT happy?
