I´m wondering if the usb cable I got with my D4i is the correct one since I have not been able to transfer any data with DM4 or Dive Log DT software.

Here is a couple of photos of it. I read that it has to be in red color on the inside to be the latest so it works with de D series computer.

I had the same problem and couldn't find much info on it but you have the right cable. You actually have to put the cable in with the red dot facing up, then twist it until it locks. Once locked, it will transfer data.

dfrancos,

Yes, you do have the correct cable. What type of computer are you using, PC or MAC?

Best Regards,
Chris From Suunto

I'm using MacBook Air with mavericks. I believe the dm4 extensions are not yet compatible but the dive log dt software should work. Or at my brother's cobra 3 black is.

My suunto D4i has the 1.2.9 firmware.

dfrancos,

I will find out when DM4 will be compatible for Mavericks. I will let you know as soon as possible.

Best Regards,
Chris
